Fees
In accordance with professional ethics, the fee policy is discussed and agreed upon with the client, then formalized in a fee agreement specifying the services to be performed.

Fees are determined based on the nature of the case, its financial implications, and the time devoted to it.
Three types of billing:
- Hourly billing: based on an hourly rate communicated at the outset of the engagement.
- Flat fee: when the case allows sufficient visibility on the services to be performed, a flat budget may be agreed with the client depending on the complexity of the matter.
- Success fee: while it cannot be the sole basis of remuneration, part of the fees may be determined according to the results achieved or the service rendered. This method is particularly suitable in litigation matters.
Fees are subject to VAT at the rate of 20%.
