Maître Romain Subirats will deliver courses for the Master 2 program at the École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI) on corporate real estate taxation and the taxation of real estate development operations for the 2022/2023 academic year in Montpellier.

Students will cover and deepen their understanding of the following topics:

• Taxation on the acquisition of assets (registration duties, VAT)
• Taxation on the sale of real estate (capital gains tax regime)
• Taxation on holding assets (taxation of capital and rental income)
• Development, property, and housing taxes
• Real estate investment companies (SCI) and associated taxation
