Subirats Avocat on Divergence FM

Once again invited to speak on the airwaves of the local radio station Divergence FM 93.9, during the program “Quoi de neuf” on November 6, 2017.

Romain Subirats, Attorney at Law specializing in tax law and business law, was interviewed about the fiscal measures of the 2018 budget, which have sparked considerable debate.

The discussion covered topics such as the abolition of the wealth tax (ISF), the new flat tax on investment income(interests, dividends, capital gains — including life insurance products), the State’s role in ensuring tax stability, and the recent “Paradise Papers” revelations concerning the offshoring of profits.
