Tax Law Lecture at IAE Lyon

In front of 70 students on the topic "Business Development (Investment Taxation)", Subirats Avocat addressed and discussed the following subjects:

• Capital increase, with or without share premium
• Income tax reduction for SMEs (IR-PME or "Madelin")
• Shareholder current accounts and cash loans within corporate groups
• Fundraising methods:

  • Digital fundraising via cryptocurrency (ICO)

  • Bond financing

The videoconference concluded with a presentation of all mechanisms to combat international tax evasion and their impact in France for businesses in the context of their development.
